The North Harris County Regional Water Authority (the “Authority”) proposes to amend its current Rate Order by revising Sections 5.03 and 5.031, relating to Water Receiving Facilities. The Authority will consider amending its’ current Rate Order at the January 5, 2026 board meeting at 6 p.m. at the Authority’s office, 3648 Cypress Creek Pkwy, Suite 110, Houston, Texas. Questions or comments on the proposed draft should be submitted on the form below, by 5 p.m. on December 19, 2025.
